Charged with developing a brand for a newly redesigned office building in Frankfurt’s City West, we set out to cut through the noise and uniformity of the Frankfurt property market.
Saentys developed fresh and distinctive branding, using striking typography, characterful photography and a colour palette that was decidedly different.
And we made sure people sat at the centre of the brand. The name ‘Trade’ gave a nod to the building’s history as home to one of the country’s largest financial institutions while celebrating its new role as a hub for work, collaboration and human exchange. Meanwhile fresh people-focused lifestyle photography was set vividly against block brand colours to deliver a bold look that lived across everything from brochures to CGIs, a modern website, merchandise, signage and more. All materials were developed in both English and German to cover all elements of our target audience.
