A new chapter in the history of Saint Ouen, in Paris, with the creation of a 60,000 sq m new office space building.

Axa IM has commissioned Saentys to reposition the Stories brand, to give it a new dynamic and effectively activate the marketing campaign for the building. The objective is to unite project stakeholders under a shared vision and create a clear direction to make Stories a sustainable office destination that is committed to both its occupants and the surrounding territory.

The creative team has developed a new brand platform, to activate the visibility of the project and enhance its ESG commitments through those of Axa IM.

We designed a full marketing campaign including: brochure, Ipres, interactive presentation, videos, photoshoots and a LinkedIn campaign to name a few. Together they tell the story of the project, animate the brand and make its ethos shine.

To achieve our objectives, we organised an inauguration event to establish connections with the project ecosystem and the community. We have taken into account every detail to highlight the social commitment of Stories.

We have completely redesigned the Stories marketing suite to improve planning and provide prospects with an immersive experience.

To complement the new design, we have commissioned a local artist to create a personalized work of art for the building, which will be visible from the entrance to the marketing suite.
