To – Lyon is the story of a city being rebranded, a neighbourhood being transformed and a tower rising into the urban skyline.

When one of France’s leading property developers teams up with France’s second largest city, the scene is set for something special. In the case of To – Lyon, an 80,000 m² real estate complex in the Part-Dieu district, the city of Lyon is aiming to cement its status as a European metropolis. Vinci Immobilier called upon Saentys to turn this ambitious project into reality.

The project is scheduled to run between 2017 and 2022, with Saentys helping to design and deliver its marketing and communication strategies. To do so, we have chosen a multi-target approach aimed at both those who will be using the building and those impacted by it.

To – Lyon is the office of the future, a new form of workplace environment. It will be a focal point for the people of Lyon, office workers, commuters and elected representatives – inviting anyone who can imagine the world of tomorrow on a voyage of discovery.

To – Lyon is a bridge between the present and the future. Our first step? We released a teaser video announcing the project’s name, brand and vision at MIPIM 2017. And there’s lots more to come, watch this space…
