THE CHALLENGE
After more than 10 years of existence, Campus Biotech was still not widely known, even within Geneva, and lacked a clear positioning. Its role was not well understood, particularly in relation to the many stakeholders on site, making it difficult to clearly define what the campus stands for. Through a series of workshops, we gathered stakeholder input and aligned it with a clear, shared strategic direction. At the same time, there was a need to bring more life to the campus, strengthen the sense of community, and increase its visibility.
