THE CHALLENGE
After more than 10 years of existence, CampusBiotech was still not widely known, even within Geneva, and lacked a clear positioning. Its rolewas not well understood, particularly in relation tothe many stakeholders on site, making it difficultto clearly define what the campus stands for. Through a series of workshops, we gatheredstakeholder input and aligned them around aclear and shared strategic direction. At the same time, there was a need to bring more life to the campus, strengthen the sense of community, and increase its visibility.
