Comprised of four slender and dramatic columns, Sky 56 is a striking building in the heart of Lyon. Designed by the architects Chaix & Morel, Sky 56 opens out towards the city and offers a unique range of amenities to cater for the well-being of its workers.
Gecina has invested in this flagship renovation project in the Part-Dieu business district of Lyon. The building provides more than 30,000 m² of high quality space spread over 14 floors. Besides the work areas, the design of Sky 56 puts great emphasis on tenant experience. It offers a range of premium amenities and services, including a fitness room, a crèche, a restaurant and shops. With features such as these, Sky 56 is in line to win Lyon’s first WELL Certification for workplace wellbeing, and become the urban and architectural reference point for the entire renovated district.
To champion the spirit of this high-flying architectural project, the Saentys team developed a brand style using the visual language of the airline industry. In doing so, Saentys has given Sky 56 a unique market positioning that is completely at odds with the competition, and thereby highlighted its exclusivity.
