Six Grafton Street is a stunning 18th century, Grade I listed townhouse in the heart of Mayfair, putting it high on the list of desirable locations for property investors from all over the world. With the potential of redevelopment and a change of use to apartments and retail space, Saentys was brought in to help ensure the building’s transformation would secure optimum interest, and ultimately a fast sale. Our campaign, which targeted buyers with brochures and a website, was extremely effective, focussing on the exclusivity and luxury boutique ambience of the development.
