Silex 1 & 2 by Foncière des Régions form part of a flagship development project in Lyon and an integral part of the Part-Dieu business district’s transformation.
To mark the importance of these iconic real estate developments, Saentys was commissioned to help produce an innovative and vibrant new marketing strategy.
For Silex 2, Saentys created a dynamic, striking campaign with a range of disruptive marketing tools. These included a website, which went on to win multiple web awards, as well as a brochure and a PR campaign.
For Silex 1, Saentys teamed up with consultancy AREP for the Lyon City Design Urban Forum 2015. Instead of designing a standard hoarding, we created a fun piece of interactive urban design where city embraces building, and vice versa — the project won first prize. To accompany the hoarding, Saentys also produced a selection of marketing materials including a welcome book which highlights the building and its occupants.
Working closely with Foncière des Régions on these two successful projects has helped us to develop a relationship of trust. This allows us to work at speed whilst meeting their high standards and expectations.
