Rue de la République, one of the most famous streets in Lyon, is renowned for its central living, multitude of shops and services, and premium office space.
When Grosvenor acquired 50% of the street’s property, Saentys became their strategic brand and marketing partner to reposition the Rue de la République as the place to shop, work and live in Lyon. This campaign also aimed to bring all of the street’s stakeholders – retailers, office and residential tenants, but also opinion leaders, journalists, elected officials, general public, and tourists – together by participating in the city’s cultural, economic and sporting events with the “Rue de la République, Lyon” identity.
We created a strong place-branding platform, highlighting the street’s value. This included, among others: two websites - one for tertiary and residential real estate, the other for the general public with practical information about the street’s shops and services; partnerships with the Lyon Opera and the Dance Biennale; and a multitude of micro services for its residents, that make the rue de la République a coveted destination.
