Located in Clerkenwell, one of central London’s most exciting and evolving urban areas, the tech-led YOTEL brand is well-placed to capitalise on demand from the city’s world-renowned tech belt.
This was the YOTEL group’s first central London hotel – it features 212 cabins as well as Komyuniti, an all-day restaurant, bar and co-working space. Saentys were instructed on the investment campaign, selling the freehold of YOTEL London in Clerkenwell. Utilising the YOTEL brand, we created a suite of investment tools, including a brochure and short film to promote this interesting opportunity to the market.
We capitalised on the location’s ‘tech belt’ status and proximity to the transport hub at Farringdon Station. Showcasing the areas vibrancy and lifestyle offering was key to the campaign, allowing us to promote the unique hotel operating model, designed into the property by YOTEL.
