Introduction

World Port Center is an iconic 123m-high, 32-floor office skyscraper. With 35,500 sqm lettable floor area, it was designed by Foster + Partners and delivered in 2000.

The tower sits on Rotterdam’s Kop van Zuid peninsula, in Europe’s largest port – often described as the Gateway to Europe.

World Port Center’s main long-term tenants include the Port of Rotterdam Authority, Dutch National Police and Cargotec, to name a few. In late 2021, we were instructed by the joint venture between Marathon Asset Management and Unifore and their agents, Cushman & Wakefield, to produce investment material for the asset’s sale.

Evolving the existing WPC identity to produce a sophisticated, institutional look, we created a 54pp digital brochure, a 96pp case-bound, lay flat, printed document with gold foiling and embossing.

We also delivered a 3.5 minute destination video, marketing website and secure data room for potential investors. The asset was acquired by MEAG in September 2022.
