Introduction

Appointed by Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of Magdalen College, Saentys was tasked with creating the investment campaign for The Oxford Science Park, one of the leading Life Science Parks in Europe.

The Oxford Science Park is located in the Golden Triangle, forming part of one of the world’s most significant research and development clusters. The park itself is on a 62 acre site, comprising of over 250,000 sq ft of innovation buildings alongside 18 acres of development land. The global campaign sought to find a joint venture partner for the park to be part of their exciting journey of growth and development, helping reach their potential Gross Asset Value of £800m.

Saentys created a detailed investment brochure, which successfully told the story of this exceptional park. It explains the multifaceted site in detail, and set out the vision for its future. The use of graphics, illustrations and reference imagery were a key part of contextualising the global significance of this innovative and unique location.
