When global property player TH Real Estate decided to rebrand, they approached Saentys, their trusted partner, for the rollout of their new identity. Hundreds of individual items of marketing collateral later, the bold new Nuveen brand went live.
Not only did Saentys create a raft of fresh materials for the new brand, every piece of existing marketing collateral was to be reimagined – that meant internal and external campaigns, brochures, reports, accounts, emails, teasers, and every bit of stationery, right down to email signatures.
Saentys established a bespoke strategic process for the seamless management of internal teams, stakeholders and vendors, opening the path to the rollout of a fresh, clean and compelling new aesthetic. Bright colours and generous white space echoed the parent brand, TIAA, and ensured that, from headline to fine print, narratives were delivered with clarity and punch. This we set against a distinctive photographic direction, combining fine detail and vast scale to striking effect.
By early 2019, the bold new brand launched across 15 countries, four continents and hundreds of assets, and we remain Nuveen’s trusted brand partner today.
