In early 2021, Cyprus-based exclusive European property developer, the Allea Group, approached Saentys for help in marketing their new mixed-use luxury complex being built in Limassol, comprising Grand Hyatt hotel apartments, private villas, leisure and pleasure amenities and totalling more than 80,000 sqm.
Our destination brand strategy began with positioning and naming the resort, ‘More’, to reflect Hyatt’s heritage of luxury and the customers’ opportunities for unique experiences.
