The Swiss municipality is dedicated to industry, crafts, research laboratories, SMEs and services. Designed by Brodbeck-Roulet architects, the public spaces around the site feature a tree-lined central pedestrian precinct, and ergonomic working areas that can be adapted to tenants’ requirements. Amenities include shops, restaurants and services, along with sports and leisure facilities.
Saentys was approached by Swiss Prime Site AG, a major real estate player in Switzerland, for a branding strategy to match its ambitions. We created the name, brand, website, brochure and a teaser, making sure that across the various audience targets no-one felt excluded. This helped generate commercial success, with sales and rental space taken up even before the construction was completed.
