From lush green roof gardens to soothing terraces on all floors, Duo’s WELL Platinum-certified design puts people at its core.
The twist? The building went to market just before Covid brought travel and face to face meetings to a halt.
With a name born from its dual entrances at 280 Bishopsgate and 280 Bishops Square, and key location at the core of both The City and Spitalfields, DUO brings 270,000 sq ft of offices refurbished to achieve the highest sustainability and wellbeing credentials.
Following the initial strategy, naming and brand identity creation, Saentys produced a suite of marketing materials that conveyed both the sophistication and the ambition of the offer. Tools included a sleek website and an emailer campaign, as well as bespoke leasing brochures, a Wellbeing and ESG presentation and on site graphics both inside and outside the building. The marketing materials and nimble sales efforts hit their mark – 92% of the space was let prior to completion, despite the challenge presented by the pandemic.
Saentys also developed an elegant and timeless wayfinding concept, designed to respond to the building’s materiality and form. Optimised for more legible signage applications, an understated signage design with high-end, quality finishes. Finally, we assisted Arax properties in organising a successful launch event, and supported them in their sale campaign with the IM.
