Grand M Group, a key player on the French real estate market, got in touch with Saentys to develop a brand identity for their new project: new co-living residences marketed under the Cowool brand.

The offer is based on a suite of services created to simplify life, to help one rethink the way we connect and reinvent worklife. Buildings are made up of office spaces, lower ground amenities and new common shared spaces on the upper floors.

Two very different target audiences – B2B for the office, B2C for the residences – all catered for under one brand and one roof!
