The building itself was a huge success. However, selling an asset of this calibre during the current global crisis posed some significant questions. With the building empty, how do you represent the destination’s vibrancy, and the often intangible attributes? Using a thorough understanding of the DNA of this deal, we created a set of bespoke marketing tools that spoke to both the rational and the emotional clout of the development.
