Appointed by Trinova Real Estate and Europi Property Group, Saentys were asked to create an identity for their customer-facing JV brand, Citybee.
Citybee is focused on building a substantial grade-A office portfolio across the UK’s ‘Big 6’ cities, with core tenets focused on ESG, accessibility and amenity provisions.
The way we live is changing. As mindsets shift, Citybee sees the office evolving into a space that inspires connection, celebrates community and works in harmony with the environment around it. Spirited, dynamic and aspirational, its buildings champion the potential of people and place, and encourage sustainable values and local business partnerships. With a view to bringing nature to the city, Citybee rooftops also feature beehives to help honeybees flourish, while promoting biodiversity.
We worked together with Trinova and Europi to define a brand position and identity that would support local thinking on a global scale. Recognising a need for a meaningful change in the city, we set out to create a brand that placed tenants at the core, with a warm feel and tone of voice centred around open dialogue and engagement – and importantly, one where bees play a central role.
