The first phase of the project, which consists in repositioning Capital 8 as an international luxury private office complex, was completed in 2022.
The next phase of the mandate focused on the internal and external communication strategy to position Capital 8 on the current and future rental market, as well as to retain and continually attract tenants. With this in mind, we developed a tenant engagement strategy to create a trustworthy relationship, greater engagement, and enhance the customer service experience.
