Invesco’s prestigious Parisian property, Capital 8, required a tenant engagement program to maintain positive relationships with occupants during refurbishment.
The campaign needed to sell a vision for the future of Capital 8 as a destination brand, and simultaneously launch a comms identity called Forward Together. This provided a platform for tenant engagement while the refurbishment was underway.
The tenant engagement strategy was ‘Asset Specific’, building a direct relationship between tenants and the building. A bespoke tenant engagement program was developed to deliver consistent communication channels, scheduled events, and marketing activities for the occupiers and local business community. The program aimed to build a community and a sense of unity and collectiveness for all tenants.
We started by creating a brand manifesto, followed by a distributed set of branded giveaways, flyers, and information driving take up of a bespoke must-use app that became the central heart for the program. Tenant-focused events like business talks were curated, building a hub in the local community.
The program continues to expand, inviting more people to explore the future of Capital 8 through films from the architect and demonstrations of its facilities and offers.
