Our branding strategy celebrates and strengthens that heritage today, honing the craft of the original design and enhancing it for the 21st century, working with care and skill.

Our aim is to seamlessly integrate the marketing narrative with the essence of the building itself, honouring its distinctive architectural design. 76 Southbank’s iconic legacy and design heritage is the foundation to build on, revitalised and reimagined in modern, collaborative workspaces for companies to thrive in and build futures in.

This sense of duality sets the tone for the brand positioning ‘Concrete Foundations. Strong Future’, creating the perfect language for visual communication, art direction and brand messaging.

 

The bold geometry of 76 Southbank was brought to life through a rich visual language, creating vignettes of the building and its energetic surroundings.

Motion graphics further emphasise the narrative, infusing dynamic movement and bringing to life the dynamic 76 Southbank work community.

With its prime position adjacent to the National Theatre, at the very heart of London’s South Bank – Saentys were commissioned to create a distinctive hoarding design and a fully functional marketing suite.

Saentys collaborated with the renowned artistic studio Many Hands to design and create a mural celebrating the creativity of London’s South Bank.

The brand messaging is built upon a strong sense of duality, speaking of ‘pioneering, with purpose’ and ‘statement design, iconic address’ to create a punchy and engaging narrative.

High-contrast, monochrome imagery of building emphasises its landmark design and heritage, and the colourful local photography places 76 Southbank in the heart of its local community.

The brand tells a consistent story through digital, printed, and experiential media. From graffiti-inspired hoardings to a cinematic south bank ‘spirit film’, the brand messaging, its purpose and the executions are relevant and highly distinctive.
